"The Naturaly Heathly Pregnancy" by Shonda Parker
A great bok for pregancy wellness and especially nutrition and growing a heathly baby.
"Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way" by Susan McChuteon
A good book on pregnancy, nutrition as well as birthing options.
"Ina May's Guide To Childbirth" by Ina May Gaskin
The first half of the book is nothing but positive, uplifting birth stories. The second half is a medical vs. natural approach to pregnancy with statistics, research, etc. A fabulous book that will educate you SO much on all your options. Whatever decisions you make on the pregnancy/birth is fine as long as they are INFORMED choices.
Okay...the preaching ends now because I am so hungry and I need to eat :)

"The Thinking Womans Guide To A Better Birth" by Henci Goer
Fabulous book that speaks on every subject relating to birth....induction, Csection, episiotomy, etc. and what the research actually says...not just her opinion or the docs opinion. Great book.
