Vaccines

Below is a link to an article from CBN about vaccines. There are just so many things that can and do go wrong with the vaccine campaign that is in place for kids today.
Check out the article and notice the questions at the end and ask these before you get another shot for your child.
And if more information is desired, please get the book, "Vaccines: A Thoughtful Parents Guide" by Aviva Romm.

Just curious...You don't give your kids any vaccines?

Nope.
I would consider the tetnus vaccine once they are older and have a more established immune system...and if I can get that shot all alone and without certain preservatives.
But other than that, my kids have gotten many of these "dangerous, life threatening diseases" instead of the shots and have done very well...and that way they have natural immunity for life and it builds their immune system the way the Lord intended.

Hey tiff, thanks for the great article. I was most interested in the part about Emma and the bad dreams. When I was 4 my mom had to stop letting me take naps because of severely bad dreams...she couldn't even get me awake from them. It was horrible...I still remember it because it went on (at night as well) for several years. I never thought that it could have been from immunizations, but I bet that's exactly it. anyway...I'm so glad my hubby insisted we not vaccinate our kiddos and that I have read enough now to completely agree with him.

Tiffany,

I’ll have to read the article a little later but, I did want to share a story. Several years ago I worked with a woman whose 21 year-old (at the time) daughter had been in a nursing home since she was 11; she has the mind of a six month old. Katie was born completely healthy but, had an allergic reaction to the DPT vaccination – I may have the name of the shot mixed up. The shot caused such severe neurological damage that she was, mentally, not able to progress beyond that of a six month old.

The vaccination was given as a series of three shots and Katie started having what Laura thought were seizures after the fist shot but the pediatrician told her that Katie had a strong personality and was just having a tantrum. There was nothing wrong and Laura was just “a hysterical, first-time mother.” Finally Laura insisted on taking Katie to a neurologist and found out that six month olds don’t really have tantrums.

Before meeting Laura I had never ever heard that vaccinations could be dangerous. Those stories are far more common than most people would think. They just don’t get much press. It is definitely something worth researching and not just taking the doctor’s word that it is necessary and healthy.

I have several friends whose kids have started college this past year and, now, most colleges are requiring freshman girls to have a vaccination against sexually transmitted diseases. If you don’t have the shot, you can’t start school. I have soooooooo many issues regarding this new policy, however, in regards to the topic at hand, the list of known side effects this shot causes is quite extensive; it’s scary to think about the side effects they have not yet discovered.

I’ll get off my soap box and back to work.

Blessings,
Kim

P.S. – I love the updates about the new baby.

I worked at a college for many years and I know that most colleges as well as grade/high schools require vaccinations reports from all students. How do you get around that if you children will not have any vaccines?

Amy...yikes! That sounds a little freaky. Glad your kids are not given shots...it can be worse over the next generation.

Kim...wow, that is so awful. Unfourtunately I have heard countless stories of very normal kids who became totally different after the DPT. That is what started Barbara Loe Fisher on her quest...

A Friend...good question! Actually, the governmnet has waiver forms that a student or parent can fill out that says they have refused vaccines. There are medical grounds for refusal and religious grounds. Since there are many religions that do not "allow" vaccines that is the easiest way for a parent to waive vaccines for school enrollment. In fact, the goverment also has an entire organization and budget/funding for families whose kids have been damaged by vaccines. YEP. They pay out a certain sum of money over the course of the childs life to pay for the care of the child. So obviously they know there are issues going on.
As for my kids and school...we homeschool. I plan to continue homescholing throughout their schooling years, but if I did ever send them to a school I would just sign the waivers.

I read the article last night. WOW! Eye opening. I have a flu shot every year because I am considered “high-risk.” I did a little research last night and learned that I have been putting mercury into my body; I had no idea. The shot also contains MSG – I have a severe allergy to MSG and always get sick after the shot but, have always been told that the shot can cause “flu-like” symptoms and that’s why I get sick. Might have been the MSG………………………………

I need to take my own advice about not just trusting what the doctor says. :-)

Blessings,
Kim

Kim,
Yes, I would do a bunch of research into the flu shot if I were you. Over a period of time (one a year, right?) you are exposing yourself to a great amount of harmful toxins. The hardest thing is the weight the benifits vs. the risks in decided what risk you are willing to take...the shot or the illness if you get it.
